My end goal is to backup most things to the cloud, and do the same backup to local storage with some additional extra stuff that's not critical to replicate to B2 storage, but something I still want to keep around. Upgrading to version 1.65.1 Contracts for Salesforce duplicate Alternate Clauses buttons. Is anyone running Duplicacy for years now without issue? Can it replicate to local backup locations as well? This is because Kate’s ID (1) is a lower number than Maria’s ID (6). With this, you get the pair Kate White and Maria Scott but not vice versa. One common solution is to specify the joining condition a1.id < a2.id. Duplicacy upgrading pro#At least CrashPlan Pro worked, albeit slowly. To solve this issue, you need to add an explicit condition to include each pair only once. Is this a valid strategy or should I just be doing something else entirely? I'm becoming a bit frustrated with these backup apps. I understand a personal-use license is $20 for the first year then just $5/year after that? I can deal with that, not too bad. Not something I want to keep messing with. Upon looking further this happens to people a lot, seemingly after a few months their DBs get messed up and unrecoverable and they have to setup a new backup or manually repair the DB. I tried setting up Duplicati (I really liked that it was free, and seemed to be a very popular LSIO container) and that worked for for a number of months but last night the database corrupted itself and used a whole ton of B and C calls to B2 and drove up my bill. I spent probably 2 or 3 weeks testing it out and it always resulted in failure, wasn't worth the time anymore after they told me they'd never support it. I tried using CloudBerry but it kept erroring out on a TON of files and CloudBerry support wouldn't help since it's running on an unsupported setup in docker. I use to be with CrashPlan until my specail promo pricing ran out, ditched that entirely now and cancelled my account, as I was paying way more than the storage I'd use on BackBlaze B2 Duplicacy upgrading upgrade#The easiest way to upgrade on Ubuntu, Debian and other Linux systems that support apt is via the terminal: duplicity -version duplicity 0.7. Hi all, I'm sure this is a popular thing people do, but long story short. While duplicity is pre-installed on many Linux systems, a minimum version of 0.8.08 for Duplicity is recommended when paired with B2.
